Founded by Steph Bell, a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach, our approach is grounded in real-world experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of what sustainable change looks like. Before launching the business, Steph spent six years working in the legal industry, and knows what it means to balance demanding careers, busy schedules, and personal wellbeing.

We offer both online and in-person coaching, with flexible support designed to meet you where you are - whether you’re training at home, in the gym, or somewhere in between. All coaching includes personalised programming, weekly check-ins, and ongoing support between sessions.
